What happens if the gear gets damaged?
Every rental booked through RentHubLK includes our standard protection plan. For comprehensive coverage, renters can opt for premium insurance at checkout. Owners are always protected up to the replacement value of the item.
How do pickups and returns work?
Once a booking is confirmed, you'll receive the pickup address and can message the owner directly to coordinate a specific time. Returns are typically handled at the same location before the end of the rental period.
When do I get paid as an owner?
Customers transfer payment directly to one of the active bank accounts you add in your dashboard. RentHubLK does not receive or hold the funds; you review each submitted proof and approve or reject the reservation.
